For whom is this package designed?

This package is for new Scrum teams or this who want to start with Scrum but don’t know how to do this.

This package also works well as collaboration with a Scrum Master building a new Scrum team.

Are you willing to deliver the package on-site?

We have successfully delivered trainings in a live online format, and it has received positive feedback from attendees, even those who initially had reservations. The incorporation of breakout sessions and user-friendly online collaboration tools has made the experience engaging and enjoyable.

However, we understand that some individuals may prefer in-person attendance. If you strongly feel that an in-person presence is necessary, we are willing to accommodate your needs. We are available to conduct some services in person along the Westbahnstrecke (Vienna-Linz-Salzburg) or within a 1.5-hour reach from Linz using public transportation.

Can we customize the package content?

Yes, however, we see the Scrum Team Training as necessary foundation for your team.

Which building blocks you put into your agile coaching hours is up to you. We will make recommendations but will tailor it to your needs in collaboration with you.
