Target group: Any range of Scrum Teams, including both new and experienced ones, as well as anyone in between.
Initial video call where we get to know each other and clarify logistics. We would want to know why you hired us, how long you are doing Scrum, your setup, team size and any other things that will be useful to know.
We will observe and shadow your Scrum events, which include a Sprint Planning session, two or three Daily Scrums, your Sprint Review, and your Retrospective. Our intention is to gain a genuine understanding of your current practices without interfering or interrupting.
We either schedule a short intro call with the team to explain our mission, or, alternatively, you send us recordings of your events without us being present.
Based on our observations, we will compile a report containing specific suggestions for improvements or alternative approaches to enhance your current methods. We will schedule a video call to discuss the report with you, explaining our findings and providing an opportunity for you to ask any questions. The report will be designed to enable you to take appropriate measures independently.
Whether you require assistance with a few aspects or an extensive transformation, we are happy to team up with you and take you to the next level.
