As we were developing the Scrum Developer training course, we we agreed quite quickly to base the entire training around the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto. To us, these principles collectively capture the essence of Agile by promoting collaboration, adaptability, customer-centricity, continuous improvement, and a focus on delivering value. They provide a guiding framework for Agile teams and organizations to work more effectively, respond to change, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
